Tool Design & Manufacturing
Our Tool Design & Manufacturing Facility is built with state-of-the-art infrastructure to support precision tooling and advanced manufacturing requirements. The facility is equipped with one Wire EDM, four CNC EDM machines, one ZNC EDM, one EDM Drill, and five high-performance VMC machines. This robust combination of modern equipment enables us to manufacture complex and high-precision tools with consistent quality, tight tolerances, and excellent repeatability. Supported by skilled engineers and efficient processes, the facility ensures faster turnaround times, improved productivity, and reliable tooling solutions that meet stringent customer and industry standards.
Injection Moulding
Our Injection Moulding Facility is supported by a robust infrastructure of 108 high-precision injection moulding machines with capacities ranging from 50 tons to 1,700 tons. The facility is further enhanced with advanced automation and robotic systems to ensure consistent quality, high productivity, and process reliability. This wide range of machine capacities enables us to manufacture simple to highly complex molded components with precision and efficiency. Our capabilities cater to diverse industry segments, including automotive, white goods, consumable products, and fluid management systems. With strong process control and modern technology, we consistently meet stringent customer and industry requirements across multiple applications.
Painting
Our PU/UV Painting Facility is equipped with seven PU paint lines, an advanced UV painting system, metal painting capabilities, and integrated screen and PAD printing setups. The facility features dust-proof infrastructure and closed-cabinet paint booths to ensure a clean and controlled painting environment. Poka-yoke systems are implemented to monitor and control critical process parameters, ensuring consistent quality and error-free operations. Plasma treatment is carried out for critical components to enhance surface adhesion and coating durability. Backed by strong technical expertise, the facility delivers high-quality, precise, and long-lasting finishes while efficiently meeting diverse customer requirements with reliability and consistency.
Solenoid Magnet Assembly
We have indigenously developed a solenoid magnet that was earlier imported from global OEMs, enabling reliable local manufacturing and supply with significant cost advantages to our customers. This initiative strongly supports the “Vocal for Local” vision, transforming global dependency into localized excellence with global standards. The product is UL-approved and certified by a recognized UL laboratory, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality requirements. This achievement highlights our commitment to innovation, self-reliance, and delivering globally competitive solutions from local manufacturing.
Smart Fit Connectors
Smart Fit Connectors specializes in the design and manufacturing of patented quick-fit connector solutions for engine cooling and thermal management systems. Our proprietary, patented designs incorporate advanced locking mechanisms and fail-safe sealing technologies that ensure secure, leak-free connections even under extreme temperature, pressure, and vibration conditions. The connectors are engineered for tool-less assembly, enabling faster installation, reduced assembly errors, and improved serviceability. Through continuous innovation and in-house engineering expertise, Smart Fit Connectors provides technologically advanced, patented products that enhance system efficiency and customer confidence.
